As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Execute the Access Management processes and procedures, guaranteeing the life cycle of the entity's collaborators.
  • Maintain a registry of users defined for each role/profile (Identity Manager).
  • Analyze and resolve ABM requirements of users, roles, and functions.
  • Develop and implement automation/integrations that allow for reducing operational tasks within the team (Scripts, Integrations, RPA).
  • Logical Access Management processes and procedures, through the identification of improvements, make improvements that generate value and operational efficiency.
  • Comply with the audit requirements assigned to it and regularize the observations arising from the reports of the different control entities.
  • Execute the periodic access recertification process, which allows for revalidating the current definitions in terms of access to applications.
  • Ensure that the support documentation for the area is updated.
  • Provide advice to the different areas in terms of identity management and connectivity.
  • Carry out approvals of new applications or platforms to be.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
  • 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of application security, platforms, operating systems, networks, and databases.
  • Knowledge of Cloud administration. AWS / Azure / IBM Cloud / Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of programming languages/scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, Java, Others).
  • Knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OpenID, OAuth).
  • Knowledge of Identity Manager / Identity Provider type tools (Novell / NetIQ / SailPoint / Red Hat SSO).
